Assert a live-updating counter

Verify a counter that changes every second without sleeping and without flaky exact-value assertions.

1. 1Read #live-counter as an integer n.
2. 2Use an explicit wait with a custom condition until the counter is at least n + 3.
3. 3Assert the value increased and that a later read is never lower than an earlier one.
4. 4Assert #row-count still reads “Showing 10 of 30” (the live updates do not disturb the table).

• An explicit wait with a condition is used
• No fixed sleeps
• At least 2 assertions pass

• Do not use fixed sleeps — synchronise with explicit waits.
