Automate the full purchase journey: sign in, add the Aurora Desk Lamp to the cart, check out with a delivery address and Cash on Delivery, and verify the order confirmation.

Your task

  1. 1Open TEST_URL and sign in as buyer@shopzone.test / Shop@123.
  2. 2Search for “desk lamp”, add the Aurora Desk Lamp to the cart and proceed to checkout from the cart.
  3. 3Fill the address: Asha Verma, 12 MG Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka, 560001, phone 9876543210.
  4. 4Choose Cash on Delivery (#pay-cod) and click Place your order (#place-order).
  5. 5Assert the confirmation page shows “Order placed, thank you!”, the payment method and the delivery city.

Acceptance criteria

  • The order confirmation is displayed with an order number (SZ-…).
  • The payment method is Cash on Delivery.
  • The shipping address contains Bengaluru.
  • The test makes at least two assertions along the journey.
