Dayforce QA

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Dayforce HCM experience, including product, service, support, testing, and/or implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of Dayforce Payroll, Workforce Management/Time & Attendance, HR, and Benefits modules.
• Strong Dayforce QA and testing experience, including development of test cases, test plans, test matrices, and end-to-end interface testing.
• Expert knowledge of HCM business processes and practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective testing scenarios.
• Ability to provide Dayforce testing guidance and best practices, serving as a subject matter expert for interface and integration testing.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

• Experience supporting or implementing Dayforce HCM solutions for enterprise clients is a strong asset.

Pay: 50-55
