Test Planning And Design
Collaborate with the QA team to understand project requirements and deliverables, with a focus on self-service kiosk hardware and software. Create, review, and update test plans and test cases for kiosk applications and related systems.
Test Execution
Execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for self-service kiosk applications and related systems. Conduct manual testing on both hardware and software components to ensure product quality.
Defect Identification And Management
Identify, document, and track hardware and software defects and issues. Work closely with the development team to reproduce, analyze, and support resolution of reported issues.
Quality Assurance Support
Provide feedback and report test results to contribute to product improvement. Learn and apply best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
Continuous Learning And Compliance
Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to QA. Ensure compliance with eTap safety, security, and information security protocols.
Other Duties
Perform additional job-related tasks or functions that may be assigned from time to time while maintaining alignment with company standards and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues accurately
Willingness to learn and grow in both software and hardware testing environments
Familiarity with or interest in self-service kiosk systems is an advantage
Exposure to test automation tools and scripting languages is a plus
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
