Roles & Responsibilities

Test Leadership & Strategy

• Define and implement comprehensive manual testing strategies for Salesforce Certinia projects.
• Estimate testing effort, define scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Ensure complete test coverage across Certinia PSA and Financial Management modules.

Test Design & Execution

• Analyze business and functional requirements.
• Create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and execution plans.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate financial transactions, project lifecycles, billing processes, and reporting requirements.

Defect Management

• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and functional consultants for defect resolution.
• Ensure closure of critical issues before production releases.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of manual testers.
• Review test artifacts and ensure testing standards are followed.
• Monitor team productivity and quality metrics.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide regular status reports and risk assessments.
• Maintain high-quality customer communication and professional business etiquette.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience testing end-to-end PSA lifecycle processes.
