Job Specification
For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will lead a quality assurance function focused on loan reviews across the full origination lifecycle, with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will partner closely with operations and other cross-functional stakeholders to surface findings, strengthen controls, and improve service-level performance. This person will also translate QA data and trends into actionable insights that support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
