Oracle Fusion ERP QA Consultant

Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000/year

Job Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing of Oracle Fusion ERP applications, with a primary focus on Finance and Supply Chain modules .
• Analyze business and functional requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Validate Oracle Fusion Financials processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and related financial workflows.
• Test Oracle Fusion Supply Chain processes, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, and related integrations.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Validate data accuracy, system integrations, and end-to-end business processes across Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
• Execute regression testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.
• Develop detailed testing documentation, including business use cases, process flows, test scenarios, and test execution results.
• Provide regular progress updates, highlighting testing status, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Support operational readiness activities and production releases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and testing efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or enterprise application testing.
• Hands-on experience testing Oracle Fusion ERP applications, specifically Finance and Supply Chain (SC) modules.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials and Supply Chain business processes, workflows, and system integrations.
• Experience developing and executing functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test cases.
• Familiarity with financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Understanding of supply chain processes such as Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management.
• Experience with defect tracking, test management tools, and QA documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP ERP, particularly Finance (FI/CO), Supply Chain (SC/MM) modules, is considered an asset.
• Experience testing integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with SQL and data validation techniques.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks.
