Perform manual testing of software applications, systems, and websites.
Identify, document, and report software bugs, defects, and technical issues.
Execute test cases and verify application functionality.
Assist with functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Review software requirements and testing documentation.
Work closely with developers and project teams to resolve identified issues.
Track reported defects and monitor their resolution.
Ensure software quality, reliability, and performance.
Prepare test reports and maintain accurate testing records.
Assist with improving testing processes and quality standards.
Fresher Data Analyst
Collect, organize, clean, and validate data from different sources.
Assist with preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations.
Use Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis.
Assist with data extraction, processing, and reporting.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify data discrepancies and help maintain data accuracy.
Prepare analytical summaries and presentations.
Support senior analysts with data-related projects and assignments.
Business Analyst
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational activities.
Prepare business reports, presentations, and documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and efficiency.
Support project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
Assist with defining project objectives and requirements.
Monitor business performance and operational KPIs.
Conduct basic research and analyze business information.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and project documentation.
Work with technical and business teams to support project delivery.
✅ Requirements
Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
0–3 years of experience in QA testing, data analysis, business analysis, IT, or a related field.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline is an advantage.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common business applications.
Good analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and business processes.
Additional Skills (An Advantage)
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Basic understanding of software testing and QA methodologies.
Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or other project management tools.
Basic understanding of business processes and data reporting.
Knowledge of Python or other programming languages is a plus.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
Based in Singapore and legally authorized to work in Singapore.
Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
