QA Analyst, Sr.

We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst specializing in Drug Rebate solutions to join our team. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of quality assurance strategies for the Medicaid Drug Rebate solution. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established standards and maintaining quality across multiple implementations and maintenance operations. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholder groups within the Pharmacy enterprise, including Point of Sale, Claims, Encounter, Finance, data integration, reporting, IT, infrastructure, leadership, and operations teams. As a senior member, you will guide junior team members and act as a primary liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure product excellence and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience applying quality assurance principles and practices to Medicaid Drug Rebate business processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to design, creation, testing, and defect resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience querying relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle
• Understanding of data models and database structures is a plus
• Ability to work fully remote from contiguous United States locations
• Willingness to use video cameras during all interviews and the initial week of orientation

Responsibilities

• Perform configuration, development, testing, and implementation of the Medicaid Drug Rebate solution for state clients
• Support maintenance and operational activities related to the drug rebate solution
• Maintain and enforce quality standards across various implementations and ongoing operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Pharmacy enterprise and other departments to ensure cohesive solution delivery
• Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including quality metrics and reports
• Evaluate work products to assess quality and report findings to management
• Gather, analyze, and present defect metrics data to appropriate management levels
• Participate in special projects, external audits, and process improvement initiatives supporting quality assurance
