QA Engineer – Salesforce / SAP / CPQ Applications

Tasks in detail

• Review Jira user stories and acceptance criteria, translating business requirements into clear test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional and regression testing to validate new developments, enhancements and configuration changes.
• Perform sandbox testing to identify potential impacts on existing functionality before UAT.
• Validate end-to-end business processes across Salesforce, CPQ, ServiceMax and related applications.
• Identify, document and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and continuously improve test cases, regression suites and testing documentation.
• Support release readiness and deployment validation, working within established CI/CD processes.
• Take ownership of QA activities for Waygate while collaborating with QA colleagues across other divisions to share best practices.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in software quality assurance, particularly functional and regression testing.
• Experience testing Salesforce, SAP or comparable enterprise business applications.
• Strong understanding of test case design, user stories, acceptance criteria and defect management.
• Experience using Jira or similar tools in an Agile development environment.
• Understanding of commercial business processes, such as CRM, quoting, order management or field service.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, ServiceMax or similar platforms would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with test automation and CI/CD tools such as AutoRABIT, Selenium or Playwright is desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in an international team.
• Business fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
