QA Engineer

About The Role

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented QA Engineer to take ownership of quality across our Web and Mobile platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with our R&D and Product teams to test every new feature, track issues, and ensure seamless delivery across fast-paced release cycles. You will juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, dig into tricky edge cases, and utilize modern tools (including cutting-edge AI assistance) in your day-to-day workflow.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on QA experience.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, bug life cycles, and test documentation.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks like Playwright /Cypress / Selenium.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize under moving deadlines, and work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team.
• High attention to detail with the ability to navigate complex business logic and edge cases in real-time operational systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with modern issue tracking tools (Linear, Jira, TFS).
• Experience working in B2B SaaS, workforce management, or complex operational software.
• Practical curiosity for incorporating AI/LLMs into daily engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality assurance processes across our web platforms and mobile apps.
• Track, document, and prioritize bugs, collaborating closely with developers to ensure swift resolution and root cause analysis.
• Navigate multiple priorities and feature releases simultaneously with high independence and accountability.
• Actively contribute to laying the groundwork for automated testing using Playwright as our test framework evolves.
• Leverage AI productivity tools to accelerate test design, edge-case analysis, and documentation.
