QA Inspector

Essential Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), or a closely related field.
• Experience working in a cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) environment.
• Experience with automated inspection equipment in a manufacturing or packaging setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in visual and automated inspections.
• Proficiency in documenting inspection results and maintaining quality records.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to inspection processes and equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with pharmaceutical or clinical label review.
• Quality assurance, quality control, or quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with batch record review and documentation practices.
• Comfort performing overnight work on a consistent schedule.

Work Environment

This role is based in a clinical label manufacturing facility that operates on a 3rd shift schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

The environment is fast-paced and team-oriented, with a strong focus on compliance with cGMP standards and quality control procedures. The QA/QC Inspector works closely with production teams and uses both visual methods and automated inspection equipment to evaluate labels and materials. The position requires sustained attention to detail, consistent documentation, and the ability to maintain productivity while upholding strict quality and regulatory standards.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
