Quality Assurance Associate

• Quality assurance review, addressing issues, and approval of electronic documentation.
• Ensuring proper authorization for clinical services and coordination with clinicians to problem solve.
• Ensuring all services are billed accurately and address any issues.
• Provide reporting on activities, documentation, progress, and needs with clinicians.
• Maintain 100% accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct analytical reviews to identify "unusual activity" or discrepancies within clinical and operational notes.
• Manage a high-volume workload efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Cross-train to provide seamless coverage and support for other team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably with US-based companies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and quality assurance review skills
• High level of accuracy while working at pace in a high-volume environment
• Ability to perform multiple QA functions within a hybrid and fast-paced operational setting
