Quality Assurance Officer

This is a full-time, five-day-a-week position based at our head office in Rydalmere.

What you'll do

• Manage & clearly communicate product requirements to relevant departments
• Manage and monitor NCR Register
• Review & approve/authorise incoming ingredient inspections
• Review & approve/authorise incoming product reports
• Daily Line (CCP) inspections
• Document, review & improve new & current SOPs for continuous improvement.
• Daily monitoring of quality issues
• Weekly review, monitoring and recording data of “Customer Feedback”.
• Assist with the development of a QA System, and GMP requirements.
• Review compiled CCP Inspection Sheets, and communicate any findings.
• Report and communicate trends.

Who you are

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping habits
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage your time in a fast-paced environment Experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated experience managing quality issues, non-conformances, investigations and corrective actions independently.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to raise quality concerns with production teams.
