Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ)

• Experience in a food manufacturing or laboratory (ISO 17025) quality setting.
• Associate's degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Education/Experience (BMQ)

• Associate’s degree in a scientific, business or related field (or equivalent work experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, business or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Compensation

• $23-29/hr
