Quality Assurance Specialist

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above preferred; degrees in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields are preferred.

2.1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations analysis. Experience in data collection, quality reporting, or lean/continuous improvement in e-commerce, 3PL, or manufacturing warehouse environments is a plus; recent graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged.

3.Working knowledge of end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes.

4.Good analytical thinking with high data sensitivity; proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and basic data tools; ability to spot abnormal data points and report them clearly.

5.English proficiency is a plus.
