Quality Assurance Technologist (Türkiye Supplier Coordination) [NOC 22302]

Ideal Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Education in Business Administration is an asset.
• Minimum 7 months to 1 year experience of quality assurance or operational quality compliance experience; experience in a tile industry would be an asset
• Multilingual abilities are an asset; Turkish is operationally important because Anatolia’s manufacturing facility is located in Türkiye and this position will entail near daily verbal or written communication with peers in Supply Chain, Sourcing, QA, Production, or Finance and with business partners from other suppliers located in Türkiye.
• Experience training and mentoring staff in high‑volume environments.
• Ability to interpret and apply ISO and ASTM standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (vLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, graphing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with AutoCAD, layout/process design, and process analysis.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems; Demonstrated Working knowledge of SAP EWM/QM
• Experience with CRM or collaboration platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint) is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) required

Working Conditions

• Work primarily performed in a standard office environment.
• Occasional bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, or pulling may be required.
• PPE may be required for certain tasks.
• Moderate manual dexterity and visual attention required.
