What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain Selenium Test Environments (STE) for automation testing initiatives.
• Participate in Selenium framework setup and integration with development environments.
• Design, develop, and enhance scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and enterprise applications.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation candidates across projects.
• Define and implement automation test strategies and testing standards.
• Create automation test plans and collaborate with stakeholders for approvals.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
• Enhance existing automation frameworks to improve maintainability and efficiency.
• Debug automation failures and implement effective resolutions.
• Manage test execution cycles and support release validation activities.
• Monitor and track defects through the complete defect management lifecycle.
• Execute regression testing to validate application stability after changes.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Provide solutions for automation challenges related to object identification, synchronization, and exception handling.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve automation engineering practices.

Expertise You'll Bring

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, Quality Engineering, or SDET roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
• Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and test automation architecture.
• Experience with API testing using Rest Assured or similar API automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience working with JavaScript, Angular, and modern web applications.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and service-level testing.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of performance, scalability, and load-testing approaches.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience using source control systems such as Git.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience participating in code reviews and following coding standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
