Senior Intelligent Automation Engineer (Power Platform / UiPath)

• Design and develop automation solutions using Power Platform, UiPath, APIs, Azure, and related technologies
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
• Build workflows, integrations, custom connectors, reusable components, and supporting services
• Develop and consume REST APIs while integrating with enterprise applications, databases, and cloud services
• Implement CI/CD, source control, automated testing, monitoring, logging, and security best practices
• Support deployments, production issues, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials
• Partner with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to automation standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, application development, or enterprise integrations
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform and/or UiPath
• Experience with C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell, or similar languages
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs
• Strong understanding of databases, enterprise integrations, and modern software development practices
• Proven ability to independently deliver automation solutions from design through production support
• Experience with Azure, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Dataverse, custom connectors, or similar cloud technologies
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Automated testing, CI/CD, security, authentication, logging, and production support experience
• UiPath Orchestrator, queues, assets, reusable components, and enterprise deployment experience
• AI-enabled automation, LLM integrations, intelligent document processing, or agentic workflows
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
