Software Engineer in Test

Qualifications for the Software Engineer in Test include

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a software engineering, computer science, or similarly technical background.
• 4+ years of experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or JMeter.
• 4+ years of experience working within Agile software development environments and established QA methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing CI/CD and DevOps platforms, including Azure DevOps and/or Jenkins.
• Proficiency with one or more programming languages used in automation development, including C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience performing UI testing and load/performance testing.
• Working knowledge of cloud environments, with Azure experience preferred.
• Experience using Git and version control best practices within collaborative development teams.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing and development tools while maintaining appropriate validation and quality controls.

Compensation for the Software Engineer in Test

• Salary Range: $97,000 - $106,000
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, Sick Leave as required by law

This position is a long-term contract opportunity expected to last one year or longer, with potential conversion to a full-time employee role based on business needs and individual performance.
