Join us on Ping Identity's AI & Data Platform team as a Software Quality Engineer where you will help build, and scale the ML platform that powers Ping's intelligent identity products, enabling data scientists and engineers to train, optimize, and deploy low-latency decisioning models that run in the critical path of billions of identities.

Job Functions

• Review software requirements and specifications to understand functionality, scope, and potential risks.
• Design, write, and execute manual test cases for complex features, ensuring test coverage, stability, and regression validation.
• Set up and configure test environments for ML models, mobile applications and server-side components to ensure accurate and efficient testing.
• Communicate effectively with developers, QA team members, product managers, and automation engineers to understand requirements, discuss issues, and ensure alignment with QA best practices.
• Verify and validate defect fixes to ensure issues are properly resolved.
• Identify, document, and report defects using test management tools.

Skills and competencies

• Background of technical work experience in previous jobs / military
• Familiar with basic QA methodologies.
• High level of English written and spoken
• Worked in a client-server environment - An advantage
• Familiar with cloud based systems - An advantage
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira) - An advantage
• Software QA certificate - An advantage
