What Will Your Role Be?

• Support the timely review and approval of COC, COA and COI documentation for finished products.
• Coordinate and complete customer questionnaires, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Monitor pest control activities across the plant and coordinate scheduled activities with the appointed third-party pest control provider.
• Support the resolution of incoming quality issues, including issuing SCARs to suppliers and maintaining the SCAR records.
• Participate in internal, customer and supplier audits as part of the Quality Management System.
• Monitor isolator stock and rejection trends from incoming and in-process inspections, while maintaining the relevant quality records and documentation.
• Support the review and update of key quality documents, including SOPs, SWIs, and product and packaging specifications.
• Assist with CAPA implementation arising from customer audit findings and support timely follow-up actions.
• Participate in weekly process reviews and GMP audits, helping to maintain high quality and compliance standards.
• Support Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements throughout the manufacturing process, from incoming materials through processing, packaging, labelling and finished product completion.
• Contribute to the company’s environmental management initiatives by supporting responsible practices that help minimise operational impact on the environment.

What Will You Bring?

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Up to 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Document Control, Compliance, or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in glove manufacturing or the life sciences industry would be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Good command of English and Malay, both written and spoken.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable managing different tasks.
