Experience testing REST APIs, backend services, and system integrations , including authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
Working knowledge of AWS cloud environments , including application troubleshooting and integration testing.
Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jira , and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with Java-based applications, Angular front ends, and relational/NoSQL databases .
Understanding of secure software development practices , including secrets management, encrypted communications, and access controls.
Ability to perform front-end, backend, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing .
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with experience collaborating across engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test strategies for enterprise IAM applications and security platforms.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to support continuous integration and deployment.
Perform API, functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across front-end and backend systems.
Test authentication, authorization, provisioning, and privileged access workflows.
Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and product teams to identify defects and resolve technical issues.
Support application modernization, platform migrations, and legacy system decommissioning.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, release planning, and production readiness activities.
Ensure compliance with secure software development standards and quality engineering best practices.
Nice to Have
Experience with SailPoint ISC, Okta, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or HashiCorp Vault .
Experience with Angular, Java, and Terraform .
Knowledge of Amazon RDS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or Neptune .
Familiarity with AI-assisted testing, model validation, or data-driven testing methodologies.
Experience with SOX, PCI, PII, and enterprise security compliance requirements.
SailPoint, CISSP, or other IAM/security certifications.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience.
