This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide testing approaches, modernize automation frameworks, enhance CI/CD quality practices, and apply emerging AI capabilities to improve testing effectiveness. What you have

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale test automation frameworks and quality engineering solutions.
• Strong experience developing automation solutions using Java and modern test automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and automated testing tools.
• Experience testing APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with GitHub, source control, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and quality engineering practices.
• Demonstrated experience creating test strategies, automation architectures, and scalable testing solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence across engineering, architecture, product, and business teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern platform engineering practices.
• Experience implementing continuous testing and advanced test data management strategies.
• Experience with performance testing approaches and tools.
• Technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience within Agile teams.
• Experience leveraging GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot and applying AI-assisted development, testing, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and spec-driven development practices.
• Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies.
