Work closely with the Product Owner, development teams, solution architects, and business departments to align testing objectives and priorities.
Design approaches for testing documents that cannot be triggered manually, such as payment reminders and month-end processing outputs, using simulations, scheduled execution, or batch testing environments.
Establish and maintain test data management processes, including use-case-based datasets such as real estate financing scenarios, while ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
Coordinate integration testing, end-to-end testing, performance and volume testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Lead defect management activities, ensuring issues are documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved effectively.
Provide transparent test progress reports to project management and steering committees.
Assess implementation readiness and provide recommendations for go/no-go decisions.
