Practice app · Acme Mobile
A mobile app in a device frame. Elements expose data-accessibility-id (= aria-label) for AppiumBy.accessibilityId.
Your starter code already declares TEST_URL — never hardcode a host.
Objective
Record the screen while a gesture test runs, then stop the recording and keep the video.
Your task
- 1Start screen recording right after the session starts.
- 2Log in as qa@target.dev / Test@123 via the accessibility ids "username", "password" and "login".
- 3Tap "allow" on the notification permission dialog (#permission-dialog) — the app is blocked until you answer it. Open the Gestures tab (accessibility id "tab-gestures").
- 4Long-press the tile (accessibility id "long-press") and assert "Long press detected".
- 5Stop the recording (in teardown too) and write the returned Base64 video to a file.
Acceptance criteria
- Recording starts and stops
- The long press is detected
- At least 1 assertion passes
