Run on a device cloud

Make the session configurable for a device cloud without hardcoding credentials, and keep it runnable locally.

1. 1Read the hub URL, username and access key from environment variables, falling back to http://127.0.0.1:4723.
2. 2Add the vendor options block (bstack:options, sauce:options or lt:options) with build and session names.
3. 3Log in as qa@target.dev / Test@123 via the accessibility ids "username", "password" and "login".
4. 4Assert the inbox is displayed.

• Configuration comes from the environment
• Vendor options are defined
