Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in network engineering, network planning, or a related field (internships and academic projects considered)
• Foundational understanding of network design principles, including capacity planning and dimensioning
• Working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals and how they can be applied to network planning or forecasting
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for data analysis and automation
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Pandas)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to or interest in the telecommunications industry, including network implementation and rollout
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) applied to network forecasting or optimization
• Familiarity with network planning and simulation tools
• Understanding of network technologies such as IP, optical transport, or DWDM
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data analytics or model deployment
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows
