Associate, Quality Engineer

Product Verification and Validation

• Executes simple tests and records results of tests as PASS/FAIL or its equivalent, based on instruction
• Uses automated test tool's record-playback features, based on instruction
• Generates simple reports of defects found subject to review/verification of senior QA personnel
• Assists in collection of test evidences and data supporting the results of evaluation
• Archives all testing records generated

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree of a 4 year degree course of a related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology)
• Basic knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Basic knowledge of Agile
• Must have good problem-solving skills and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills working in a team environment.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently when needed.
