What You’ll Do

• Review digital advertising creative, encompassing display, video, and sponsored placements, to ensure strict adherence to technical specifications, brand standards, and platform policies.
• Make critical decisions to approve, reject, or escalate creative submissions based on established guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to creative submission, formatting, and publishing, ensuring smooth campaign deployment and operational efficiency.
• Meticulously document issues, recurring errors, exceptions, and their corresponding resolution steps to build a robust and accessible knowledge base.
• Support comprehensive quality assurance processes to guarantee that advertising submissions progress correctly and efficiently through all approval workflows.
• Clearly communicate findings, proposed workflow changes, and strategic recommendations to internal Product, Ad Operations, and Engineering teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Actively contribute to establishing and refining operational processes as the self-service platform evolves and scales, directly influencing its future direction.
• Provide invaluable operational feedback to support the development and continuous refinement of AI-enabled creative approval capabilities, shaping the next generation of ad operations.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, campaign operations, content QA, platform support, e-commerce operations, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience reviewing digital content or assets against established specifications, policies, or guidelines.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex issues and recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to quality assurance.
• Comfort and adaptability working independently in a fast-paced environment where processes are continuously developing and evolving.
• A solid understanding of digital advertising or marketing workflows, including the intricate steps required to move assets toward publication.
