Lead QA/QA Coordinator

Les clés de votre réussite

• 8 à 10 ans d’expérience progressive en assurance qualité logicielle;
• Expérience significative à titre de responsable QA, de coordonnateur QA ou de responsable de la qualité;
• Expérience de l’utilisation d’outils d’automatisation tels que Cypress, Playwright, Postman, Robot Framework et Clear Right;
• Expérience pratique ou connaissance approfondie des approches de tests assistées par l’IA;
• Expérience en gestion des anomalies, en traçabilité, en rapports de qualité et en tests fondés sur les risques;
• Leadership démontré en mobilisation d’équipe, en gestion des priorités et en coordination interfonctionnelle;
• Solide compréhension du cycle de développement logiciel, du cycle de tests, des méthodes agiles et des pratiques DevOps;
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en animation, en résolution de problèmes et en gestion des parties prenantes.

Vos atouts supplémentaires

• Certification ISTQB ou l’équivalent;
• Expérience en automatisation des tests, en tests d’API et en pipelines CI/CD;
• Expérience dans un environnement d’entreprise complexe ou réglementé;
• Connaissance des tests de performance, de sécurité, d’accessibilité ou de données;
• Expérience en transformation numérique ou en modernisation de plateformes.
