QA Analyst / Fresher Data Analyst / Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• QA Analyst
• Perform basic software testing to identify bugs and technical issues.
• Review applications and systems to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Prepare and execute test cases and test documentation.
• Record, track, and report software defects.
• Work with development teams to resolve identified issues.
• Assist with functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Fresher Data Analyst
• Collect, organize, and maintain data from different sources.
• Assist with data cleaning, validation, and processing.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and basic dashboards.
• Identify data patterns, trends, and inconsistencies.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to support reporting.
• Help ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.
• Business Analyst
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Review business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand operational needs.
• Monitor business performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide analytical insights to support business decisions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Familiarity with software testing, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
