QA Automation Engineer

Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. You will analyze test results, troubleshoot defects, and drive continuous quality improvements throughout the software development lifecycle. This position offers an excellent opportunity to solve complex testing challenges, build reusable automation frameworks, and contribute to the successful delivery of enterprise healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Playwright and/or Selenium automation frameworks
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber for behavior-driven development
• Expertise in functional and regression testing methodologies
• Skilled in test case design and execution
• Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps (preferred)
• Familiarity with API testing techniques (preferred)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes (preferred)
• Exposure to performance testing (preferred)
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright and Selenium with Java
• Create and implement functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test solutions across multiple applications and platforms
• Integrate automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and accelerate release cycles
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution
• Develop reusable automation frameworks and establish test data management strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Participate in test planning, requirement reviews, and risk assessments to enhance product quality and delivery timelines
• Monitor and improve automation coverage, testing efficiency, and quality metrics
• Drive continuous process improvements within the Quality Engineering practice
