QA Manager – Healthcare Cloud Migration & Prior Authorization

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for healthcare cloud migration programs.
• Validate migration of healthcare applications, claims systems, prior authorization platforms, patient portals, and EHR/EMR solutions to AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, API, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration, with a focus on PHI and healthcare data.
• Validate healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, EDI, and DICOM.
• Test Prior Authorization workflows, claims processing, payer-provider interactions, and care management applications.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Execute API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent tools.
• Support CI/CD implementations and cloud-native deployment pipelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to compliance, patient safety, and business operations.
• Prepare test strategies, test plans, status reports, and go-live readiness assessments.
• Collaborate with developers, cloud engineers, business stakeholders, and compliance teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA/Test Management experience.
• Strong healthcare domain expertise with payer/provider systems.
• Extensive experience in Prior Authorization testing and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience testing healthcare applications, claims systems, EHR/EMR platforms, and patient-facing applications.
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, EDI, and DICOM.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and RestAssured.
• Expertise in test automation using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, HITRUST, and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Experience validating ETL processes and healthcare data migrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or other EHR/EMR platforms.
• AWS, Azure, ISTQB, or HITRUST certifications.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing and automation.
• Experience leading QA efforts for large-scale healthcare cloud transformation projects.
