Senior QA Engineer _ W2 _ 4days onsite [Redmond, WA]

• Lead and manage Non-Conformance (NC) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) investigations through timely resolution and closure.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve manufacturing and product quality issues.
• Manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) and supplier-related quality concerns.
• Investigate and disposition non-conforming materials and products.
• Support supplier change management, manufacturing transfers, and process improvements.
• Participate in PPAP activities, process validation, equipment qualification, and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
• Monitor quality KPIs, identify trends, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supplier teams to maintain product and process quality.

Required Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant Quality Engineering experience.
• Experience with CAPA, Non-Conformance Management, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and investigations.
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Device, Aerospace, Automotive, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Supplier Quality Engineering experience.
• Familiarity with 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, SCAR, PPAP, MRB, and MSA.
• Experience with TrackWise or other electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).
• Exposure to process validation, qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a hands-on Quality Engineering professional who can independently lead investigations, identify underlying quality issues, drive corrective actions, and collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Important: This position requires investigation and problem-solving experience. Candidates with experience limited to routine product inspection or quality checking will not be a suitable fit.
