Test Lead - Customer Data Management (CDM)/QA Test Lead – Oracle CDM & Data Integration/ Test Lead/Test Automation Lead – Tricentis Tosca & Oracle CDM/MDM/CDM QA Lead – Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake

Key Responsibilities

• Understand CDM business processes, customer master data management, match/merge logic, deduplication processes, survivorship rules, customer hierarchies, address validation, and data quality standards.
• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, BRDs, and user stories to identify test scenarios, risks, gaps, and ambiguities.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Define and execute overall test strategy, including scope, schedules, environments, entry/exit criteria, and testing approach.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca, including TOSCA Commander, Test Case Design (TCD), Test Data Service (TDS), reusable libraries, and regression suites.
• Validate integrations between Oracle CDM, Salesforce, Snowflake, Talend ETL processes, REST APIs, and SOAP web services.
• Perform data migration testing, source-to-target reconciliation, backend validation, and SQL-based data verification.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate testing activities across environments.
• Manage defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, qTest, or ALM and provide testing metrics, status reports, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate with offshore testing teams, assign testing tasks, review deliverables, and ensure alignment with project priorities.
• Plan and execute regression testing, cutover validation, go-live activities, and post-production support.
• Identify testing risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while collaborating with project stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8-12+ years of QA/Test Engineering experience with 3+ years as a Test Lead.
• Strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca Automation Suite.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) or Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
• Experience testing integrations involving Salesforce, Snowflake, and Talend ETL.
• Strong knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP).
• SQL proficiency with experience in data validation and reconciliation.
• Experience managing SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
• Strong defect management and reporting experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, qTest, or ALM.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and onsite-offshore coordination skills.
