Test Lead

Job Description

• Minimum 9+ years of experience leading QA/testing teams , along with hands-on Test Lead responsibilities
• Strong data analysis skills (mandatory) with proven experience working on test data using both Relational (SQL) and Non-Relational (MongoDB/NoSQL) databases.
• Ability to perform data validation, data reconciliation, root cause analysis, data profiling, and test data preparation to support end-to-end testing activities.
• Experience analyzing data across multiple upstream and downstream systems to identify data integrity, transformation, and integration issues.
• Ability to coordinate and drive testing activities across offshore and onshore teams , ensuring alignment on testing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong experience in API testing and validation , including request/response validation, backend data verification, and end-to-end integration testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and automation frameworks , including the ability to understand, maintain, and enhance existing automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of UI, API, and Database testing across complex enterprise applications.
• Experience in creating test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and execution reports.
• Strong documentation and communication skills to present testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and release readiness to leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience in defect management, defect triage, root cause analysis, and coordination with development teams for timely resolution.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with Business, Development, and Product teams.
• Ability to mentor team members, review test artifacts, and drive quality engineering best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL, MongoDB,

Selenium, Java, Postman, JIRA, Confluence, Git-bitbucket .
