Job Specification
For our client, we are seeking a Principal - Software Test to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will shape the end-to-end testing approach for mobile and web applications, helping ensure high-quality releases and fewer post-launch defects. You will lead automation strategy and hands-on execution across Agile teams, with a strong focus on modern testing practices, continuous improvement, and quality at scale. The position partners closely with developers and other stakeholders to strengthen validation across functional, regression, accessibility, performance, and security testing. This is an opportunity to influence QA standards in a collaborative environment while supporting delivery in a regulated financial services setting.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually
