Senior QA Engineer - DroneDeploy

• Execute daily flight testing for regression, acceptance, and validation
• Define and execute comprehensive test plans for new software features
• Coordinate QA programs and optimize testing workflows
• Enforce bug reporting standards to streamline issue resolution
• Manage regression testing suites across mobile platforms and connected device workflows
• Implement AI-driven automation tooling for testing processes
• Track and analyze quality metrics to optimize testing focus
• Maintain device inventory and internal QA environments

Qualifications

• 4+ years in quality engineering or QA for hardware, mobile, or autonomous products
• Hands-on experience with mobile app testing on Android and iOS using frameworks like Appium or Espresso
• Ability to write code and scripts in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript for test automation
• FAA Part 107 Certificate or ability to obtain it upon hire
• Experience using AI tools for test setup and defect analysis
• Familiarity with test management platforms like Qase and defect tracking systems like Jira
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
