What type of experience does the right candidate have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Financial testing experience within banking, accounting, or finance.
• 3+ years of experience testing web-based applications.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and executing test cases.
• Experience writing SQL queries to extract data from relational databases.
• Hands-on web service testing experience using Postman or SoapUI.
• Understanding of or ability to quickly learn loan origination, servicing, and payment processes.
• Familiarity with financial software is preferred.
• Experience with ETL testing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile environments is preferred.
• Interest in learning test automation using Selenium and Ruby; prior automation experience is not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and deliver accurate results.
